Dear KCS Alumni,
We know there is life after high school. What we’d like to find out is:
- What has life after KCS been like for you?
- How have your experiences at KCS helped shape your life since you walked across the stage and received your high school diploma?
The purpose of the following survey is to find out about you and learn from you how we, the current staff and faculty of KCS, can better serve current and future students of KCS.
We also hope the survey will serve as a way to build an accurate database of current addresses and e-mail contact information so that we can keep in touch with you.
Please take a few minutes now to fill out the survey, including any detailed comments you would like to provide. Your answers are anonymous.
When you submit the completed survey, please also complete the separate alumni registration form which will also register you for a prize drawing. It is our way of saying thank you.
The Shared Decision Making Team has created the survey and will be compiling and using the responses. The District hopes to develop a comprehensive database that would help us to provide notification of future alumni news, events and/or special invitations.
The District asks that you register as an alumni and provide your current address and e-mail contact. Thank you for assisting the District by answering this survey.
